With over 42 years of experience, Lydia D. Cooper has dedicated  her career to empowering individuals to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. As an experienced Corporate Trainer, Recruiter, Employment Coach, Certified Peer Specialist, and Family Support Specialist, she has worked with diverse populations, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
