Payment Policy

All training fees are due in full prior to the start of the class. Payment must be received in order to receive class links and materials. 


Refund and Cancellation Policies at the Institute@MHP 

 For CPS Training
  1. If the student is unable to start a scheduled CPS class, a 100% program refund can be requested but no less than 8 weeks from the training start date. If the student has not requested a refund prior to 8 weeks from the course start date, refunds are not applicable. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: Daniel Miller, Business Manager at the Institute@MHP, at [email protected].

  2. Once the CPS training has begun payment is non-refundable.  The Institute@MHP does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to participants who do not or cannot finish the program for which they have registered.

  3. It is the student’s responsibility to comply with the established schedule.

  4. If a student does not attend the scheduled training, this results in the loss of training. No refunds will be given.

  5. If a student arrives an hour or more late  to a CPS training, it is at the discretion of the instructor to allow this student to attend the training for the day.

  6. All students must abide by the rules of the CPS class set forth by the instructor on day one of the training.   If a student is asked to leave the CPS training for any reason, there will be no refund.  

For Continuing Education Training

  1. If a student  is unable to start a continuing education training, student must notify the Institute@MHP at least 2 weeks in advance of the start date to request to be re-enrolled in a subsequent date of same or similarly priced training.  Once the continuing education training has begun re-enrollment is not available. The re enrollment request must be in writing and sent to: Daniel Miller, Business Manager at the Institute@MHP, at [email protected].

  2. The Institute@MHP does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds or offer re-enrollment to students who do not or cannot finish the continuing education course.

  3. It is the student's responsibility to comply with the established schedule.

  4. If a  student does not attend the scheduled training that has been paid for, this results in the loss of training. No refunds will be given.

  1. If a student arrives late to a continuing education training,  it is at the discretion of the instructor if the student will be able to participate in the training.

  2. If the Institute@MHP needs to cancel a training for any reason, a full refund will be issued back to the participant.
