Course Description

Organization, time management, sleep difficulties, and balancing work, family, and leisure may seem like impossible tasks for adults with ADHD, often leading to feeling overwhelmed, procrastination, confusion, self-doubt, and failure. These challenges may be due to diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD.

Understanding Adult ADHD can help you and those you mentor, manage the impact of this diagnosable neurobiological condition. Ra

Rather than focusing solely on addressing symptoms, the strategies in this 3- hour course will demonstrate how to build essential life skills that promote self-awareness, goal-setting, time management. Many of these challenges fall under the umbrella of Executive Function skills, and as with all skills, learning specific tools and strategies can mean the difference between struggle and success.
