Thursday's, July 20th - August 24th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm

This 6 week virtual group continues to address the challenges of having (or had) a parent, caregiver, or sibling, partner or loved one with a mental health disorder (mood or anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, personality disorder, etc.) This group is only open to those who completed the "Getting Off the Emotional Roller Coaster" course. We focus on relevant topics to aid in the continued safety and support of yourself and your loved one with a diagnosis. We are guided by the principles of confidentiality, empathy, recovery and hope, while also sharing resources & problem solving ideas when requested. 

This group runs 6:30pm to 7:30pm, every Thursday from June 20th to August 24th.

Charlotte Andrews LBS, LPC, CESP, ACS, JD

Charlotte Andrews is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Professor of Psychology. She received a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law to pursue an ambition to advocate for reintegration efforts and criminal justice reform through a mental health law and advocacy lens. Charlotte also serves as the Clinical Director for Black Men Heal which provides free therapy to men of color across 9 states and growing, and also serves as a professional consultant through her consulting and education practice “Journey To Lotus LLC.” Her treatment philosophy is "when we know what it is, we know what to do!" In her spare time, she is an avid line dancer who loves to travel, eat good food, and enjoy most spending time with the ones she loves.
