Meets Online the 2nd Tuesday of every month 6:30pm - 8:30pm

This monthly Zoom group continued to addresses the challenges of having (or had) a parent, caregiver, or sibling, partner or loved one with a mental health disorder (mood or anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, personality disorder, etc.) This group is only open to those who completed the "Getting Off the Emotional Roller Coaster" course. We focus on relevant topics to aid in the continued safety and support of yourself and your loved one with a diagnosis. We are guided by the principles of confidentiality, empathy, recovery and hope, while also sharing resources & problem solving ideas when requested. 

This group runs Monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Dr. Rochelle Johnson, DSS

Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work, is a Licensed Social Worker, a trained Family Functional Therapist, a Trauma Informed Care and Behavioral Specialist and a Counselor.. She recently obtained her Doctorate in Social Science Prevention Science from Wilmington University, joining 8 other women in Cohort 1 as the first to obtain this degree in the United States. Her years of experience in Behavioral Health has led her to serve clients from elementary school age to adults who have family members with mental health challenges. She currently runs the support groups here at Mental Health Partnerships.
