Course Description
In this training we discuss the historical and present applications of empathy in our personal and professional lives. In gaining a scientific and sociological perspective of empathy, we are able to apply this to roles of leadership and identify the positive impacts of an empathetic leadership approach on our teams as well as on our own development.
