You’re not alone… Join us for these welcoming groups through your computer, or call in. Each group begins with a brief presentation or guest lecture about a mental health topic, resource or coping technique. We then transition to a support group. You will have an opportunity to share a concern, ask a question and get/give emotional support with others who have similar experiences and concerns. Topics include understanding mental health recovery and the behavioral health system, skills for promoting recovery of a loved one, and coping/self-care for family members.
