You are not alone!

Join us for these welcoming groups through your computer, or call in. Each group begins with a brief presentation or guest lecture about a mental health topic, resource, or coping technique. We then transition to a support group. You will have an opportunity to share a concern, ask a question, and get/give emotional support to others who have similar experiences and concerns. Topics include understanding mental health recovery and the behavioral health system, skills for promoting the recovery of a loved one, and coping/self-care for family members.

Mondays 12:00pm - 1:00pm

All sessions are held Live and Online via Zoom and are accessible using video of join in by phone.

Victoria Moon, MA

Victoria Moon, MA, is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and a passion for serving vulnerable populations. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding human behavior and social issues. Building upon this foundation, Victoria went on to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, equipping her with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
