Psychological First Aid (PFA) is an evidence-based approach that is built on the concept of human resilience. PFA aims to reduce stress symptoms and assist in a healthy recovery following a traumatic event, natural disaster, public health emergency, or even a personal crisis. During this 2-hour webinar, participants will learn about the impacts of stress during and after a traumatic event (with a focus on the COVID-19 pandemic) and learn the different PFA components and how to apply them when interacting with other people who may be in distress.
The course itself will be conducted live at our training facility at 833 Chestnut St, 11th floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107 on November 30, 2022 and will begin promptly at 9:00am
